NORTHPORT — Reliant Renal Care Northridge held an open house on Thursday, Sept. 10. Drs. Michael Robards and Geoffrey Alilonu, certified nephrologists, will practice from their new state of the art facility.
The dialysis center feature 15-inch flat screen televisions at each of the 10 dialysis stations. They all have heated massage chairs for their patients comfort. In addition to the dialysis treatment area, RPC Northridge will also provide home dialysis training.
The doctors offices are also located in the 14,000 square foot building located at 4400 Watermelon Road.
“By providing a state of the art facility, and an individualized caring approach, the care of the patient will be optimized and this will result in a better overall experience for the patient,” stated Dr. Robards.
The clinic will start treating patients as soon as the state medical board gives their approval, which is expected in a few days.
