Reliant Renal Care Inc., Expands Operations into Another

State with Strategic Acquisition and Joint Venture and

Plans for New Center

Media, PA - Reliant Renal Care, Inc. (RRC), a comprehensive outpatient dialysis provider, announced today the acquisition of Fort Worth Dialysis Associates, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas.

Fort Worth Dialysis Associates, Inc. operates two dialysis centers, with a total of 37 dialysis stations. These centers will have the capacity to serve over 200 patients. There is also opportunity to immediately add an additional center in the area.

Barbara Bednar, President and CEO of Reliant Renal Care said, "We are pleased to be expanding our company in Texas with the opportunity of working with some very experienced nephrologists. This acquisition together with the ability to add a new center will allow the company to meet the needs of more patients while expanding the platform of the company.
