At Reliant Renal Care, we perform all of our Billing, Collections, Education, Human Resources, IT and Quality Outcomes functions in-house.

In our facilities, we use a chair-side electronic medial records system that removes the need for paper charting and increases overall efficiency.

Our reimbursement system provides an efficient way of billing and collecting payments for treatments provided to patients and uses this information to produce reports on facility performance and financial health of our company.

Our electronic learning management system provides education to our employees in a timely and reliable manner. This system provides an easy way for us to assign regulatory courses to our employees and also has the ability to create custom reports for employee learning management.

Our internal technical support system is customized to increase clinical productivity by allowing our helpdesk to simplify the process of resolving all technical issues throughout our company.

Reliant Renal Care is passionate about the care we provide to each patient. An individualized care plan is established for each patient to maximize their health status and quality of life expectations.

RRC Care Team

Each RRC dialysis center has a Medical Director responsible for the oversight and management of the clinical care.
Your nephrologist will prescribe your treatment schedule, medications, and laboratory tests and will see you on a regular basis to review your progress and answer your questions.
Dedicated Dialysis Staff including Registered Nurses (RN), Dietitians, Social Workers and Patient Care Technicians with experience in nephrology who oversee the care of patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

RRC Quality Programs

RRC is proud of the ongoing programs utilized including:

Monitoring of laboratory results
Tracking and rescheduling treatments that are missed
Tracking all hospitalizations for cause
Trending of quality outcomes and comparing outcomes with other RRC centers

Physician Advisory Board

RRC physicians who participate in the Advisory Board discuss best demonstrated practices among the dialysis centers and act as a steering committee for future company quality initiatives.

Our web-based learning management system provides education to our employees in a timely and reliable manner. This system provides an easy way for us to assign regulatory courses to our employees and also has the ability to create custom reports for regulatory compliance management.

We also provide a toll-free 24/7 compliance hotline. All issues reported through the compliance hotline are investigated.
