Barbara A. Bednar
President and Chief Executive Officer

Barbara Bednar, founder of Reliant Renal Care, has over 35 years of experience in the dialysis services industry in both the clinical and management arena. Most recently, Ms. Bednar was a founder and Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Physicians Dialysis, Inc. Her responsibilities included clinical and financial management of the multi-state operations, physician services, acquisition integration, and administrative functions. Ms. Bednar also served as the Company's Compliance Officer. In 2004, PDI was acquired by DaVita Inc. Before joining Physicians Dialysis in 2001, Ms. Bednar served as the Chief Operating Officer- East of Total Renal Care where she was responsible for the Company's operation and integration activities of approximately 225 facilities. Prior to 1998, Ms. Bednar served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Renal Treatment Centers, Inc., a publicly traded dialysis company with 188 clinics in the United States and Argentina. RTC was merged with and into Total Renal Care. Prior to 1989, Ms. Bednar was employed by Renal Care Centers were she had Administrative responsibilities for multiple dialysis facilities in two states. Earlier in her career, Ms. Bednar served in numerous management and clinical capacities at St. Mary Hospital in Langhorne, PA and Haverford Dialysis Unit in Haverford, PA. Ms. Bednar is extensively published in areas including operations, staff ratios and shortages, risk management and CQI and is a Past President of the American Nephrology Nurses Association. Ms. Bednar is a graduate of Albert Einstein Medical Center School of Nursing and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Penn State University.



Carlos A. Ferrer
Founding Partner for Ferrer Freeman and Company

Carlos A. Ferrer is a founding member of Ferrer Freeman & Company, LLC. Prior to creating FFC, Mr. Ferrer spent seventeen years at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he started their Health Care Investment Banking Group. He has served on the board of directors of many FFC portfolio companies and currently participates as director on the boards of AgaMatrix, Inc., Ancillary Advantage, Inc., Ardent Health Services, LLC, K2M, Inc., Preferred Care Partners Holding, Corp., Reliant Renal Care, Inc. and Vitalize Consulting Solutions, Inc. He is Chairman of the Board of the University Cottage Club in Princeton, NJ and a Trustee of the Cancer Research Institute in New York. He graduated from Princeton University in 1976.



Andrew Carragher
Founder and Managing Director for DW Healthcare Partners

Prior to co-founding DWHP, Mr. Carragher was Vice President of Business Development at Ventro Corporation, a builder and aggregator of electronic marketplaces. He joined Ventro prior to its IPO and was involved in the strategic planning and capital raising process, in which Ventro raised over $40 million in private capital and over $360 million in the public markets, both in the U.S. and Europe. He was also responsible for over $1.2 billion in mergers and acquisitions, including Ventro's purchase of Promedix Corporation and SpecialtyMD.During his tenure at Ventro, Mr. Carragher helped create and raise capital for Broadlane, a joint venture between Tenet Healthcare and Ventro. Prior to Ventro, he was Director of Corporate Development/ Mergers and Acquisitions at Total Renal Care (now Davita), an operator of 500 dialysis clinics. Mr. Carragher completed over 25 transactions with an aggregate value of $2.3 billion. The company raised over $200 million in public equity, $250 million in public convertible debt, and over $1 billion in syndicated debt. Before Total Renal Care, he was a Divisional Manager at Weston Foods in New York City, a 200-employee manufacturing and distribution business in the bakery and confectionary business. Mr. Carragher also worked for Bain & Company, a leading international strategy and consulting firm. While there, he advised clients in a number of industries, including telecommunications, airlines and real estate. He received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and his MBA from Harvard Business School.



Philip A. Incarnati
President and CEO for McLaren Healthcare Corporation

Mr. Incarnati has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of McLaren Health Care Corporation since 1989. Mr. Incarnati began his health care career in 1977, and has held top level executive positions with the Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit Receiving Hospital and University Health Center, and Horizon Health System prior to joining McLaren Health Care Corporation in 1989. McLaren Health Care Corporation is one of Michigan's largest health care delivery systems, generating annual revenues in excess of $3.7 billion and employing more than 16,000 people. Mr. Incarnati earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in management and finance from Eastern Michigan University. He was appointed to the Eastern Michigan University (EMU) Board of Regents in 1992 by Michigan Governor John Engler. He served as Chairman of the EMU Board of Regents from January 1995 to April 2005, and currently continues to serve the University as a Regent. Mr. Incarnati also holds seats on several other Boards of Directors, including PHNS Inc., Dallas, Texas; Medical Staffing Network, Inc., NYSE: (MSN), Boca Raton, Florida; and King Pharmaceuticals, Inc., NYSE: (KG), Bristol, Tennessee.



Keith W. Jones
Executive in Residence and Harris Fellow, Franklin and Marshall College | Former President and Chief Operating Officer, Liberty Healthcare Group

Keith W. Jones started his career at Coopers & Lybrand and has been involved in the management of several healthcare companies over the past eighteen years. From February 2005 until October 2010, Mr. Jones held several positions, including President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, with PolyMedica Corporation/dba Liberty Healthcare Group (NASDAQ: PLMD) until its sale to Medco Health Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MHS) in October 2007. Prior to PolyMedica/Liberty, Mr. Jones was a co-founder and the Chief Financial Officer of Physicians Dialysis, Inc., the sixth largest dialysis provider in the U.S., until its sale to DaVita, Inc. in September 2004. Mr. Jones also served as the Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Renal Treatment Centers, Inc., the fourth largest dialysis provider in the U.S., until its merger with Total Renal Care, Inc. (now DaVita, Inc.) in 1998. Mr. Jones serves as a director on the board of Reliant Renal Care, Inc. and is the current Executive in Residence and Harris Fellow at Franklin and Marshall College. He graduated with departmental honors from Franklin and Marshall College in 1989.

Dennis Fitzpatrick - Chief Financial Officer
Dennis Fitzpatrick, CPA has over 17 years health care services experience, including 9 years as CFO of a private equity roll-up in the Physical Rehabilitation field with Benchmark Medical and Physiotherapy Associates. His responsibilities included due diligence and integration of acquisitions, revenue cycle management, information technology ,financial reporting and banking relationships. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University and an MBA in Business Administration from Villanova University.


Nola M. McMullen - Chief Operating Officer
Nola McMullen, a founding member of Reliant Renal Care, has been employed for over 20 years in the dialysis industry. Ms. McMullen's operational experience includes extensive clinical and management roles. Her most recent responsibilities were with DaVita Inc. as the Director for the CMS High Cost Beneficiary Demonstration Project and Director of Operations for the DaVita CKD program - DaVitaCare. Her responsibilities were inclusive of clinical, financial, compliance and personnel management. Before 2003, Ms McMullen held the position of Director Process Development and Implementation within DaVita where she developed and assisted in the implementation of clinical processes aligned for use with the company's clinical software system. Prior to 2000, she was a Regional Director for 27 of DaVita's North Carolina facilities. Responsibilities included clinical and financial management of the clinical operations, physician services, acquisition integration, denovo responsibilities, CON development and administrative functions. Ms McMullen was employed with Renal Treatment Centers Inc. a publicly traded dialysis company with 188 clinics in the United States and Argentina from 1993 to 1998. During this time she held the positions of Facility Administrator (1993 -1996) and Director of Operations reporting directly to the COO (1996 - 1998). Prior to 1993, Ms McMullen was employed as a Facility Administrator for Community Dialysis Centers, Inc. Before entering the dialysis arena Ms McMullen worked Intensive Care, Emergency Room and Medical-Surgical in both Jackson MI and Scottsbluff NE where she graduated from West Nebraska School of Nursing.


Larry C. Nail - Senior Vice President Business Development
Larry Nail, a founding member of Reliant Renal Care, has more than 18 years experience in healthcare mergers and acquisitions and business development. Most recently, Mr. Nail was Vice President of Business Development for U.S. Renal Care, Inc., an outpatient dialysis center company for over two years. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Business Development for National Surgical Care, a surgery center company (2002-2005). Mr. Nail served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for Physicians Surgical Care, a surgery center company from 2000 to 2002 until they were acquired by Symbion. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Nail was Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Renal Care Group. Prior to his tenure at Renal Care Group, Mr. Nail held various senior level positions with Baxter Healthcare Corporation in the Renal Division from 1989 to 1996. Prior to Baxter, Mr. Nail was employed by the Procter and Gamble Company from 1985 to 1989. Mr. Nail holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Memphis.
